Do you share our passion and commitment to a Froebelian approach to early education?

  • Join our supportive and inspiring team of highly respected and experienced tutors.
  • An opportunity to take part in our Tutor Training Programme.
  • Share Froebelian practice with educators from around the world.
  • Competitive rates of pay offered.

We offer an extensive range of resources and training designed to support early childhood educators, parents, grandparents and carers and all those who work with and care for young children.

We run a very successful Short Courses programme for early childhood educators and carers in nursery schools and early years settings all over the UK.

In spring 2022, we also began to offer a Froebel online course, which is provided via Zoom through 24 sessions of 2.5 hours each. This course has allowed us to include colleagues who are working in other countries and/or do not have access to whole-team Froebel training.

Due to the popularity of both types of course, we are now recruiting trainees to join our team of highly experienced trainers, known as the Froebelian Travelling Tutors.

The tutors are led by Dr Stella Louis and are endorsed and supported by the Froebel Trust.

The tutors offer a broad range of specialisms from a Froebelian perspective, including – nature, symbolic life of the child, music, dance, work with families, outdoor learning, and observing and understanding children's play.
