WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Join our highly respected team of experienced Froebelian tutors. Apply by 4pm on 9th September 2024 to join this year's tutor training programme.

The Froebel Trust’s Courses

The Froebel Trust offers an extensive range of resources, practical information and training designed to support early childhood educators, parents, grandparents and carers and all those who work with young children.

We run a very successful Short Courses programme for early childhood educators and carers in schools and early years settings all over the UK. We also offer a Froebel online course, which is provided via Zoom through 24 sessions of 2.5 hours each. This has allowed us to include colleagues who are working in other countries and/or do not have access to whole-team Froebel training.

Since 2021, demand for our training has grown by more than 500% and due to the popularity of both types of course, we are recruiting trainees to join our team of highly experienced Froebelian Travelling Tutors. Read more about the team on the Short Courses webpage.

Froebelian Travelling Tutors

The tutors are led by Dr Stella Louis, winner of Nursery World’s Trainer of the Year Award in 2023 and are endorsed and supported by The Froebel Trust. Our tutors offer a broad range of specialisms, all from a Froebelian perspective, including nature and sustainability, creativity and the symbolic life of the child, music, dance, work with families, equality, diversity and inclusion, work with babies and very young children, outdoor learning, and observing and understanding children's play.
