This webinar marks the launch of new guidance, Thinking about babies - created for early years managers and leaders.

Presented by Dr Caroline Guard (Kingston University, London), the webinar will consider the significance of relationships for babies and young children's development. The webinar will also explore ways to create baby rooms in early years settings which reflect and acknowledge babies' needs.

Monday 29 April 2024
Online - via Zoom

The guidance is based on Dr Caroline Guard's recent research, Hearing Infant Voices which involved detailed observations of baby rooms in early years settings. Caroline's work considers how babies learn about themselves through their connections with others.

"The ways a baby communicates are not always obvious and can be challenging for educators to identify and respond to in busy environments." Dr Caroline Guard

Join this webinar and find out about:

- the role of the educator in the baby room
- creating low stress environments for babies
- how a Froebelian approach can support educators working with babies.

This event will be chaired by Dr Sacha Powell, CEO of the Froebel Trust.

There will be an opportunity for all those who attend the webinar to ask questions.

Our webinars sell out quickly - so make sure to register for your free ticket now to avoid disappointment.
