PhD bursary

PhD bursary - Applications currently closed.

The 2017 round will be advertised here

The Froebel Trust offers one PhD Bursaries (full time or part time) to foster research which advances the development and application of the Froebelian approach to early years.

The Bursary will enable an outstanding student to pursue a PhD at a university or analogous research institution.  Bursaries cover tuition fees and a maintenance stipend and are based upon the prevailing rates offered by ESRC to PhD candidates.

Applicants will wish to note that the Trust is monitoring the current situation with regard to EU students and universities carefully, and will take a view on whether we are able to fund EU students and/or study at EU universities once the position is clearer.

In order to be considered, all proposals must demonstrate how they meet the Trust’s Research Priorities.
