PhD Bursaries

Applications currently closed

The Froebel Trust is offering two PhD Bursaries (full or part time) to foster research which advances the development and application of Froebelian principles in early years. The Bursaries will enable an outstanding student to pursue a PhD at a UK university or analogous research institution.

Bursaries cover tuition fees and a maintenance stipend and are based upon the prevailing rates offered by ESRC to PhD candidates.

In order to be considered, all proposals must demonstrate how they meet the Trust's Research Priorities. The deadline for receipt of applications is 15 September 2017.

Further information is available below.

Any queries should be directed to and answers to queries will be posted on this page.
